Arneis, a crisp, crunchy, spicy Italian white originating from Piedmont, Italy, traditionally made without oak. Dal Zotto are owned and managed by the Dal Zotto family where their vineyards, winery and cellar door lie cradled in the tranquil King Valley in the foothills of the spectacular Victorian Alps of northeast Victoria. Durif achieves cult-like status among those who enjoy its dense concentrated charm. Intense aromas of dark berry fruits and liquorice notes are perfectly married with a rich and ripe palate.

Oily in colour and viscosity, aromas of dried apricots, sweet dried Muscat grapes and orange peel abound. The palate has a lovely smooth and viscous mouth feel, with rich, caramel, spicy chocolate-coated dry ginger and orange fruit flavours.

This Fiano is intensely flavoured and aromatic. The nose is of home grown apricots, lifted with hints of florals, citrus and nectarine. Firm acid frames the fruit giving presence and depth. Chalky minerality is underlain with a dash of honey and spice to finish. A beautiful bright and textural wine, with great length. This Fiano matches well with Italian dishes and seafood.

Our Fiano is a modern Australian interpretation of this delicious Italian grape variety. Aromas of honeydew and white peach with hints of citrus blossom and kaffir lime. On the palate we taste an array of complex fruits from white peach and semi dried white nectarine, to white saffron pear and citrus with classic creamy texture that is Fiano. The wine finishes refreshingly dry and crisp. A great partner with salads, seafood, light poultry and a refreshing drink on its own.
