Created our farm in the small village of Allworth NSW, this boutique batch of hand-crafted gin is our homage to the tradition of gin making and the native flavours of Australia. Thirteen botanicals including native sage, myrtles, pepperberry and our signature native sugar bag honey bestow their magic upon this gin. The rare sugar bag honey is produced in small quantities by Australian native stingless bees. This inscribes a unique citrus sweetness that when distilled using a traditional copper pot still delivers a softness and depth to the gin. The Cabernet vineyards of V and A Lane are renowned for their depth and character, long contributing to some of Wynns’ finest wines. This blent is inspired by the Wynns ‘claret story’ of the 1950s, where Cabernet and Shiraz are harvested on the same day and co-fermented to create harmony from the outset. An intentionally early harvest highlights a fresh red fruit spectrum, supported by naturally lower alcohol, wild ferments and maturation in larger-format oak. The result is a wine of freshness and energy, food-friendly in style, yet grounded in heritage.

Mt Difficulty Single Vineyard wines are a celebration of time and place. Located in Bendigo on Chinaman’s Terrace, once home to over 2000 Chinese miners during the 1860’s and 70’s, Ghost Town Vineyard comprises 13 hectares planted in mature Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Syrah. Planted in 2002, Ghost Town is at a high elevation rising from 340m to 383m. Dark crunchy red berry and cherry notes lead into the palate. Savoury earthy elements appear mid palate energetic and lively as it moves.
