St Lucia Distillers 1931 3rd Edition... The brand celebrates the inauguration of a new distillery in February 1931 in the Mabouya Valley, near Dennery, in St. Lucia. Matured in 9 different Oak Casks, Deep mahogany core with vibrant amber tones. Full nose of sweet honeyed fruit with hints of chocolate and tobacco. On the palate dry at first then opens up to display great depth and complexity.Balanced and an incredibly long finish, 1931 is the pinnacle of fine rum making.

A Single cask Whisky produced only from malt spirit distilled in Scotland and matured in a fresh cream sherry oak cask. Prior to bottling, its natural strength 51% alc./vol. is reduced to 45% alc./vol. Dark amber robe with a reddish tinge. Fragrances of Sherry, flowers, vanilla, dried fruits. Mellow, and long in the mouth. A fabulous balance between sherrys warmth and the fresh flavours only barley can produce.

The 'Special Vatting' peaty malt Whisky is a vatting of three single cask whiskies distilled in Scotland, each one having aged over 12 years in oak. Reduced to 45% alc./vol. Beige amber tint. Fragrances of Sherry, leather, tobacco, fruity wood. Silky texture, powerful and very length in mouth. An elegant vatting gathering mellow and sherry whiskies enhanced by the peaty younger whisky.

Superb Grande Champagne Cognac, with a great personality, powerful. A velvety nose with notes of vanilla and honey. Very complex and unctuous palate with jammy aromas, prune, orange, then notes of cinnamon and black chocolate. Very long finish with notes of liquorice and spices coming through, toasted coffee. NOSE : Intense berry fruits merge with creamy vanilla and rich caramel with hints of freshly-baked gingerbread. TASTE : Beautifully balanced and full of character.
