Toolangi is a state forest just outside Healesville that was devastated during Black Saturday. The excellent vineyards remain, and continue to produce wines of personality and place. The cooler climate of Tasmania has helped to produce a wonderful Riesling; full of flavour and acid. Given these characters are in abundance, this wine should cellar for decades.

This Gruner Vetliner by Longview has a brilliant clarity and pale straw colour. Aromas of pear, white pepper and celery notes are evident and the palate is dry and spicy with a lingering finish of white peach, underpinned with lovely refreshing acidity.

Medium yellow colour, with the aromas of honey and fig fruit. Rich and buttery with balanced oak length.
