Deep red with purple magenta hues and a red rim, this wine displays mocha, Christmas spice and vibrant florals on the nose, alongside pomegranate, tomato leaf, spearmint and fresh red fruits. On the palate, you will find strawberry, sorbet and juicy red fruits with clean acid lines and fine structure. Medium length with some spice, very drinkable.

Sourced from vines with more than 50 years of age, this is a full-bodied expressive wine that shows the Barossa can produce generous fruit-forward Cabernet with defined structure. Plenty of energy and the tannins are finely woven. The wine was matured in new and seasoned French barriques for 18 months.

Deep magenta in colour with a vibrant nose of dark fruit, chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon aromas. An exotic and full-bodied palate driven by flavours of fruits of the forest, blackcurrant and a hint of savoury spice bound together by succulent fine-grained tannins. A wine of great length which will reward many years in the cellar.

Hemera Estate Right Bank is a beautiful blend of 16% Cabernet Sauvignon and 39% Merlot grapes with 45% Cabernet Franc grapes. It shows a bright ruby red colour with a violet haze. A swirl of the glass reveals pleasing scents of mulberry, spice, choc-mint, brown spice, plum and delicate earth. The palate is supple and medium-bodied, filled with flavours of dark mint chocolate, cedar spice and red fruits, supported by fine tannins. These magnificent flavours and fragrances combine to end the wine in a clear, elegant and lengthy finish marked by oak dusted berry notes. This delicious red blend has the potential to be cellared for 6 to 8 years from vintage. Pair it with pepper steak, grilled fish and goat cheese to unveil its real fruit potential.
