A testament to Don Julios patience and determination for superior quality, Tequila Don Julio Añejo is the culmination of distinct rich flavours of agave balanced with the perfect amount of wood influence. Don Julio Añejo spends more than the minimum requirement of 1 year on oak, and is normally aged between 18 months and two years before it reaches its optimum age and taste profile. As with the rest of the Don Julio range the nose is fruity and floral, but with notes of vanilla and fresh agave, whilst the palate is slightly richer and more full bodied, yet still sweet and rich with citrus characteristics.

Crafted in the heart of Speyside and contains five of the most precious signature single malts, Chivas Regal Ultis is the first blended malt Whisky from the House of Chivas Regal. It pays homage to five generations of Master Blenders in what is an exceptional luxury whisky with complex flavours, a glorious golden hue and a commanding, rich aroma.

Unusual ageing cycle in wood, Lengthy & very fruity

To create its well rounded flavour, Glenmorangie 18-Year-Old Extremely Rare Malt spends fifteen years maturing in American white oak casks, then approximately 30% is transferred into Spanish Oloroso casks for a further three years. Then both elements are blended back together to create a whisky with a rich bouquet and full, rounded flavour.

Founded in 1843 and perfected by the men of tain Glenmorangie is renowned as a pioneer in the field and this latest release is no exception. This is in no small part thanks to Master Distiller Dr. Bill Lumsden, recently named Distiller Of The Year at the 2016 International Whisky Competition. The Signet is a blend of Glenmorangies oldest and rarest whiskies - distilled over thirty years ago and matured in a selection of the worlds finest casks, undoubtedly the richest whisky in the Glenmorangie range. Boasting melting sweetness and explosive spiciness thanks to the use of roasted chocolate barley malt and designer American white oak casks made especially for Glenmorangie. Single cask malt whisky from Overeem in Tasmania aged in a French Oak Sherry quarter cask. This smaller cask leads to greater interaction between wood and liquid during maturation and results in a more intense whisky.

Deep wood aroma, maltose, nectar, blueberry, Mizunara oak, milk coffee; Oily, ripe fruit, lemon peel, leather, cinnamon, ginger. Finished with a hint of sweet malt with aromas of wooden barrels and a touch of fruity flavor. This is richer in taste than the 10-year-old whisky. The sweet aftertaste is outstanding; Mizunara Barrel brings out different levels of spice flavors. Deep floral woody scent is also full of vitality.

NOSE : Intense berry fruits merge with creamy vanilla and rich caramel with hints of freshly-baked gingerbread. TASTE : Beautifully balanced and full of character. Blackcurrant and liquorice dominate in the first instance, then chewy caramel toffee and chilli-infused chocolate come to the fore. FINISH : Rich and satisfying. Dark chocolate and caramelized raisins linger on the tongue long after the last sip is taken.
