Pearl Red CiEn - 12years Baijiu Pearl Red CiEn sits on our top shelf as the pinnacle of our achievements in rice spirit making. It is a mellow-bodied rice spirit, and has a perfectly balanced taste. CiEn represents our best 12-year-old vintage from our clay vessels, thus it has a prominent bouquet. From your very first sip, the tongue will gain a magical experience of mellowness and balance. The stately red packaging is befitting of CiEn's status as the jewel of the Pearl Red crown. The bottle shape takes its cues from the more traditional Chinese rice spirit, and contains 500ml of our most precious liquid. With 21 standard drinks, each bottle has an alcohol volume of 51%. Pearl Red CiEn is made with an age-old traditional technique and hand-made processes.

Created from the finest carefully selected plants from the Blue Agave harvest. The Tequila is triple distilled to make it ultra-smooth and full bodied. A portion of each batch is aged for a limited time and then blended to create the finest platinum Tequila in the world.

This rare version of Yoichi single malt is part of the "Nikka Discovery" series: an inside look at the various experiments made during the whisky-making process at Nikka. Focusing on the distinctive aromas generated by yeast selected from Nikka's vast "culture collection", this expression is partly made from a batch which has an estery aroma somewhat reminiscent of "ginjyo sake". Our Limited Release Ruby Pinot Cask Finish is a tantalisingly light and fruit-filled composition; a single malt whisky with notes of orange blossom and honeysuckle that embodies the characteristics of a crisp, Tasmanian spring morning. A combination of Port, Sherry, Bourbon, White Oak and Wine casks from our Bothwell Distillery were selected to complement the juicy flavours of vibrant berries from the finishing casks: Frogmore Creek’s ex-Ruby Pinot Noir fortified wine casks. With mouth-watering inflections of mandarin, maple and meadow honey, this is a compellingly crisp single malt whisky reminiscent of a springtime sunrise in the Tasmanian highlands. Mouthwatering mandarin, maple, meadow honey, macadamia, and marizipan. Bright and juicy notes of black cherry, orange blossom, and toasted oak, topped with vanilla bean whipped cream, just delicious.

From a thoughtful selection of our Bothwell Distillery’s bourbon, sherry and white oak casks to a balance of both Seppeltsfield PX Sherry and Lark brandy barrels comes a mosaic of a single malt both quaint and comforting. Full of dark forest fruits, bright citrus peel and Tasmanian brandy blanketed in toasted oak, this indulgent little dram is as a slice of fruitcake and a cuppa. A sticky, plummy, homemade fruit cake in a glass, Orange peel-infused caramel pudding topped with spices. Dried fruits play off the rich, earthy oak.
