The Pinot Grigio style is a light to medium bodied, often lean wine that is light in colour with bright flavours that are crunchy, crisp and fresh. The dark skinned berries are hand picked to produce an aromatic and refreshing white wine, redolent of nashi pear and red apple; the palate is delicately textured and bright.

Purple Duck Cabernet Sauvignon
We have known and worked with Sam Trimboli for decades, during which time he's made many of our biggest selling wines, and he's notched up a huge stack of medals for them too. Sam has loved ducks since he was a boy. His first pet was a little duck he led around on a leash like a puppy. He loves the symbolism of the duck: ducks are flexible (they swim, fly and walk), they’re loyal and love family (think mother ducks and their ducklings) and they’re very adaptable. He named his 'signature' Durif The Black Duck, and has so far added a White Duck and a Pink Duck to the rabge, making this Purple Duck the fourth member of a very popular family. We thinks it's going to prove itself a mighty duck indeed!

Amidst it all is a creamy softness and an elemental funkiness. The finish is long and dry, leaving a cleansing grapefruit tang at the end. Any seafood will love being paired up with this gem, particularly blue swimmer crab, grilled prawns or sautéed scallops. Alternatively a simple goats cheese salad will be sensational! Tropical Fruit, Citrus Fruit, Floral, Herbaceous, Mineral Sauvignon Blanc South Australia's first vineyards were established in the 1830's. Enjoying a wide range of climates including the cool temperatures of the Adelaide Hills, to the hot summer weather of the Barossa Valley, South Australia is arguably Australia's most diverse wine producing state. It is from these wonderfully diverse regions that winemaker Marty O'Flaherty selects the best varietals to produce Mojo wines. Marty's resounding philosophy is "wine should tell a story about the terroir in which it's grown, needing lots of love but minimal handling by allowing the growers to do what they do best."
