Glasgow 1770 Single Malt Scotch Whisky, The Original, is the whisky that started it all. Our inaugural expression, The Original is a fresh and fruity single malt that combines the finest concerto malted barley with the purest Scottish water from Loch Katrine. A minimum of 72 hours of fermentation combined with an extremely slow distillation results in a fruity and delectably sweet new make spirit which is then matured in first fill ex-bourbon casks before a finishing period in virgin American oak barrels. Bottled at 40% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural in colour, The Original is a true representation of the whisky we produce at The Glasgow Distillery and showcases our production philosophy and dedication to quality. Discover new flavours with Chivas Extra 13 Oloroso Sherry Cask. Selectively ageing* classic Chivas whisky for 13 years in Oloroso sherry casks results in an incomparable taste experience. The end result is marvellously rich, as sherry casks draw out the full-bodied flavours of our whisky. A portion of this whisky is selectively matured in Oloroso sherry casks for a rich finish. Vanilla caramel notes appear on the nose. Sweet ripe pears in syrup, cinnamon sweets and crisp almonds on the palate round off by rich and intense flavours on the finish.

Campbeltown's iconic harbour was once the last stop for Scotch whisky of all regions to the wider world, and our aptly named ‘Campbeltown Harbour’ is a toast to this important port, and the long-standing relationships it has forged between Campbeltown and the wider world. Glen Scotia Campbeltown Harbour whisky is a superb introduction to the Glen Scotia range, with a distinct coastal influence of sea salt & gentle smoke, balanced with soft peach and vanilla custard. Matured in 100% first fill Bourbon Casks with a light peaty character that enhances the maritime character found in Glen Scotia Single Malts. Nose: Briny sea spray, perfumed floral notes of violet and lavender and vanilla. Palate: Fruity and sweet. Soft peach and green apple followed by toffee fudge and vanilla custard. It's been over a decade since we've revisited the Balvenie range. From the 12 Year Old, right up to the venerable 30 year old expression, the house style emerges as one of the lightest and most delicate to be found from Speyside with almost no peat evident. 'Doublewood' gains its character from maturation in two woods, transferred from traditional x-Bourbon American oak to a Sherry oak casks for its final maturation. It's sometimes described as the classic, "essential" expression in Balvenie’s core range. From a 30ml sample, the nose is lifted with vanilla, dilute honey and dried fruits. The entry is featherweight, unfolding into a medium-weight dram with moderate flavours of dried fruit and a warm mouthfeel. An aftertaste of dried grass and drying oak sustains a little prickle. All up, this is uncomplicated and typical of the distillery style, but even at 12 years old, Doublewood still tastes surprisingly young. 40% Alc./Vol.

The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky Double Oak 700mL has been called a lot of things in its time: smooth, fruity, complex, sophisticated, entertaining, classic. Representing The Glenlivet’s signature style, this classic malt is first matured in traditional oak, before spending time in American oak casks which impart notes of vanilla and gives the whisky it’s distinctive smoothness. The mineral-rich water that comes from Josie’s Well helps form the flavours during mashing and fermentation, whilst the specific height and width of the copper stills add a delicate yet complex character. The colour is a bright, vibrant gold. The nose is summery and fruity. The palate is well-balanced with an overall fruity overtone and strong pineapple notes. The finish is long, creamy, and smooth.
