After maturing for years in South Australian red wine casks, our Muscat Finish Whisky spends additional time in richly flavoured South Australian fortified wine casks. These European oak casks held muscat for at least 20 years, and impart bold flavours of dried fruit and fine tannin.

With less acidity than traditionally associated with a Negroni and despite its high alcohol content, it is easy drinking, soft, well rounded and richly botanical driven, with 50 individual botanicals between its 3 spirit ingredients.
