Pallidus Tasmanian Pale Ale uses locally sourced hops from Bushy Park, in our native Derwent Valley. The beer is a medium-bodied, malty and balanced pale ale with a dry, crisp finish. It has notes of white grape, passionfruit, stone fruit and pine.

Its unique profile is owed to a combination of high quality malts, roasted kintoki sweet potatoes and excellent beer craftmanship. Beniaka is unique to the Bushu area, and uses the famous kintoki sweet potato, a specialty item in Kawagoe.

COEDO Shikkoku is created with two variations of black malt which are combined with six other malt varieties, making for a black lager that is smooth, light and balanced - never cloying.
