Paul Louis Martin Grand Cru Cuvée vintage Champagne comes from the heart of Montagne de Reims and is blessed with an outstanding Grand Cru vineyard site that faces due South on chalky soil and is protected by North winds from the mountains adjoining the region. The vintage Grand Cru Champagne is 100% Chardonnay and delivers a creamy, rich and rounded boutique Champagne with delicate notes of exotic fruit and toasted brioche. Only made in the best years, the sparkling wine is perfectly balanced.

The house was founded as Pommery & Greno in 1858 by Alexandre Louis Pommery and Narcisse Greno. Under the guidance of Alexandre's widow, Louise Pommery, the house grew into one of the largest Champagne houses and to this day produce elegant and complex Champagne's. Very subtle rosé character with supple and finely robust with and appealing freshness and liveliness.

Krug Clos du Mesnil is a single-vintage, single-vineyard wine, one of two in the Krug portfolio. It is a blanc-de-blancs (100% Chardonnay) and is considered to be among the finest expressions of this Champagne style. Clos du Mesnil is a 1.84ha walled vineyard (clos) in the centre of the Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of the greatest all-Chardonnay villages of the Côte des Blancs It was included in a larger vineyard purchase made by Remi and Henri Krug in 1979. Krug stresses that the wall itself (built in 1698), plus the unusual location in the centre of the village, create a unique micro-climate that justifies the decision to make what was the first single-site wine in Krugs history.

Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Nicolas François Billecart Brut, Champagne The name Billecart-Salmon comes from the joining of two families by the marriage of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon. This prestige cuvée vintage Champagne, first created in 1964, is named in honour of co-founder Nicolas François. Taittinger Brut Reserve contains a blend of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Meunier. A golden-yellow beauty with an expressive aroma of fruits, flowers and vanilla pod. The palate is delicate and equally fruity with hints of honey for a touch of sweetness.

Fermented, aged and released in the same magnum bottle, only fruit from 7 Grand Cru vineyards is used to craft a blend of equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which spends over 4 years ageing on lees plus 6 months post disgorgement. Further gentle ageing takes place until deemed ready for release by the Cellar Master. It displays a multitude of citrus, white and red fruits, linked by a common thread of minerality producing a mature complexity, elegance and length.

Very pale, crystal-bright in colour.Intense and complex on the nose with a wide range of aromas including citrus and white fruits, honeysuckle flowers and iodine notes which give off an impression of freshness.This airy and delicate wine of a surprising length is characterised by high purity of taste, a long and non-saturating finish.Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut is a wine with no added sugar.
