The imperial mandarin, eucalyptus, and lemon myrtle notes pair well with a light tonic and a slice of fresh peach or mandarin.

Billy Goat's Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth.

Tasmanian Apple Liqueur is made from 100% Tasmanian apples crafted into cider and distilled through our copper still in our 1840s stable. Sweet and clean with subtle apple flavours. Tasmanian Apple Liqueur is a perfect after dinner drink served over ice or as a great cocktail base to create a OKD style mojito with soda, mint and lime.

Embezzler Gin is designed to be a well-balanced gin that incorporates a strong juniper character. Blended with citrus, florals, spices, sweetness and ending with a traditional London dry finish that lasts just long enough before you are wanting to take another sip. Named after William Henry Ellis, a convicted embezzler and founder of Dysart House Embezzler Gin can be drunk straight, on ice, with tonic or OKD's personal suggestion chilled with a slice of lime. Hand-crafted using a combination of locally sourced Riverina citrus, and traditional botanicals, our Dry Gin Murrumbidgee is inspired by the Riverina, New South Wales, the food bowl of Australia. This is the first Gin to be released in Griffith, New South Wales it is wonderfully balanced and juniper-forward, with heavy notes of citrus. A slight hint of the dryness to the palate initially, followed by refreshing citrus presence of New South Wales kelp among our list of botanicals.
