'100' is a old term used to nominate parcels of important land that had earned their place on the map. The fruit for this award winning Shiraz Viognier comes from the area once known as Willunga 100. A supremely structured Shiraz with juicy, brambly fruit accompanied by an integrated peachiness with delicious length.

Kay Brothers Basket Pressed Shiraz has a rich and complex bouquet that promises something special and it certainly delivers. The palate is laden with generous plum, blackberry and spice and the length is exceptional. This one is a keeper! More to the savoury side of Shiraz, it is about texture more than just fruit.

Attractive deep black-red in the glass. Soft and rich berry fruits on the palate. Fine tannins on the finish allow the berry flavours to linger elegantly. The vines are grown on the sandy soil of Blewitt Springs, machine-harvested, crushed, 7 days on skins, matured for 18 months in various hogsheads.

The wise old ladies from Blewitt Springs (shiraz) have teamed up with spicy Grenache from McLaren Flat producing fruit of uncommon intensity and flavour. The Pollinator Shiraz shows an explosion of raspberries, strawberries, mulberries and plums with a hint of lavender and sandalwood on the nose. On the palate, a medium bodied, drink while young style of wine, bright and fresh red berry fruits followed by a fantastic mid palate packed full of vibrant layers of fruit intensity and topped off with silky tannins and a velvet finish.
