An easy-drinking style, taking the distillery's classically rugged character and softening it out, while maintaining the smoky and sweet notes the distillery is known for. More approachable, but still definitely Talisker. Talisker Skye was introduced in early 2015, named after the beautiful island on which the distillery resides. This expression brings with it a more well-rounded and sweet flavour profile packed with fresh citrus, sweet smoke, peppery spice and traditional Talisker maritime notes. It's matured in a combination of refill and toasted American oak casks, with a slightly higher proportion of toasted casks. Dimple 15 Year Old Scotch has fragrant tones that are almost tones of perfume mellowing to a sweet buttery aroma. Flavoursome and light, nothing spicy or harsh. The finish is delicate and maybe a gesture of dark chocolate hiding in there.

The gateway to double cask maturation, Aberlour 12 year old double cask matured has balanced notes of fruits and spices. Golden amber with hints of ruby red. Soft and rounded with fruity notes of red apples. Sherried character and fruity aromas balanced with a rich chocolate, toffee, cinnamon and ginger spices. Warming and lingering with some smoky notes and gentle pepperiness.

Made from the blending of malts from the two distilleries of Yoichi and Miyagikyo, this whisky was the pride and joy of its creator Masataka Taketsuru, founder of Nikka and the father of Japanese Whisky. Light golden honey in colour with candied nuts, walnuts and hazelnuts on the nose as well as delicate and gentle smoke coming through with hay. Forward and straight pallet with juicy mouth feel, yet retaining a very gentle and sophisticated heat. Sweet apricots and peach dominate at first, leading to vanilla and subtle hints of ripe grape. Complex and long on the finish with lingering taste of dry herbs, leather and sweet pastry.

Carefully selected unprocessed whiskies and pure, natural spring water are expertly blended to create this distinctive whisky. A gift from the land that surrounds Mt. Fuji, home to the finest natural spring water. Tasting Notes: Clear amber, faint smoky accent with sweet aroma, redolent of pear and dried fruit. The palate is slightly edgy attack, but well-rounded and mellow. Finish is slightly spicy. A long finish with a hint of white oak and a spreading sweetness.

SHINOBU (meaning Forbearance in Japanese) Whisky is hand crafted by the creative master blender, Mr. Usami, by carefully selecting whisky from different distilleries which are first reserved in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks and then finishing them with precious Japanese Mizunara oak.

This Scotch Whisky is handmade with rich, fruit cake flavours and a sweetness that emerges from the combination of Sherry wood and the small Stills of our old farm distillery. Despite being such a small distillery, Edradour produces more whiskies than most other distilleries. Owner since 2002, Master of the Quaich Andrew Symington has expertly used the spirit from our small stills, matured in the highest quality oak wood, to create a stunning and diverse range of single malts.

Bridging the boundary of the Highlands and Lowlands, Glengoyne is a unique distillery in that they don't use peat smoke to dry their barley, rather they simply use warm air. This gives the whiskies produce a feel of grace and subtlety. Their 12 Year Old Single Malt has a nose of lemon rind and candied apples and glimmer of coconut. The palate is dense and flavoursome courtesy of the hand-selected sherry casks that also impart a textured, long lasting finish.
