Dive Eagle Eye is a zero sulphur bubbly wine made from Shiraz grapes in Central Victoria. The team behind Dive is a small, hands-on crew who make zero additive wine and use people power and minimal intervention over machines and chemicals. Appearance: deep ruby colour. Nose: redcurrant, leather, red crushed berries with a hint of toffee. Palate: this is a powerful and generous wine expressing itself with delicacy thanks to a very delicate tannic structure. Intense flavors of ripe fruits and spices combined to a fine acidity a hyphen between richness and strength reflecting perfectly the terroir of Heathcote.

Pacha Mama Shiraz enfolds you in her arms. It's elegant, it's got finesse. In the glass its vibrant plum red in colour, with a complex nose of spiced plums and dark chocolate backed with earth and spice. This wine is soft and fleshy and full of all the good dark fruits; plum and blackcurrant. It's seamless in the mouth with juicy fruit favours on the palate. A light tannic structure, vibrant acid and a long savoury finish.

Big and bold with lots of structure and layers of brooding dark fruit that lead into a lingering mocha finish.
