Rockford Basket Press Shiraz Barossa Valley
The 2019 Rockford Basket Press Shiraz is a profound expression of traditional Barossa winemaking. This vintage was characterized by a warm and dry growing season which resulted in tiny berries with immense flavor concentration. Sourced from a network of independent growers with ancient dry grown vines this Shiraz is still processed using a 100 year old vertical basket press to ensure gentle extraction and a soft mouthfeel.
Midleton Very Rare Irish Whiskey
Midleton Very Rare Irish Whiskey was first launched in 1984 and every year since a new vintage of Midleton Very Rare Irish Whiskey has been released, gaining a cult following. Midleton is the annual selection of the best distillates, hand selected by the Master Distiller Barry Crockett. Each bottle carries an individual number and the signature of the Master Distiller signifying its exclusivity and collectability. This release shows a spicy nose with herbal touches that complement the unique taste sensation of fruits, honey and floral nuances.
Old Kempton Distillery 10th Anniversary Release Single Malt Whisky
Ten years marks a significant period in the development of Old Kempton Distillery. Along with Lyn Lark, James Reid and Amelia Hope, we started what was going to be a small craft distillery. Over time, the distillery attracted a few passionate friends who shared our vision. They were welcomed into our family bringing expertise and enthusiasm guiding OKD to what it is today. We are also fortunate to have a wonderful support team to facilitate OKD’s commitment to becoming a true artisan distillery. On behalf of OKD, I thank you for your support and making the future look bright. We look forward to welcoming you to the distillery and being able to share more of our amazing Tasmanian spirits. Aroma: A rich and ever developing aroma with dried fruits (raisins and sultanas), tinned pears, coffee with dark chocolate, orange peel, rich malt, and toasted almonds. Palate: Rich oil, and creamy across the palate with a good balance of both sweet and dry elements (ANZAC biscuits, Seville orange, and oak). Finish: Great mouthfeel with good spread and balance (Gingernut biscuit with spice and toffee). This release marries together spirit distilled at both our original site at Redlands Estate and at our new home at Dysart House, Kempton. Whist our location has changed, the delicate fruit and malt driven spirit that we produce has been consistent across our sites and is central to the style of whisky we produce.

Don Julio Añejo Tequila
Don Julio 1942 Añejo was created for the first time back in 2002 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Don Julio and is the ultimate experession of the Tequila art. Made in the Añejo style, this Tequila is made from the finest piñas, double distilled and aged for 24-30 months in small oak barrels. Rich, sweet aromas of caramel and toffee are layered with a fresh vanilla fragrance and hints of cherry-like red fruits.
Compte Louis de Lausriston Calvados Domfrontais
Domfrontais Calvadoss differ from those of the PaysdAuge by being made from at least 30% pears, as well as the traditional apples. This makes not only for a lighter-coloured spirit, but also one thats more feminine and elegant. This 1992 vintage Cavados has aromas of cocoa, pear, tea and jasmine. The palate is elegant and long with pear and spicy notes.
Warres Vintage Port
The oldest British-owned Port house, Warre's was founded by two young entrepreneurs Clarke and Thornton in 1670 and is considered one of the pioneering houses of the Port trade. Today Warre's is owned by the famous Symington family. Warre's Port is the first and oldest Port brand in the world, having been shipped continuously since 1750. Very dark inky and concentrated colour. Lovely fresh aromas of violets. Layer and layer of ripe blackberry fruit, intensely rich and full bodied. Sweetness and tannins bind this wine together to form a perfect harmonious structure.
Tahbilk 1860 Vines Shiraz
The bouquet and palate show an intense mixture of ripe berry fruits combined with vanilla and spice overtones whilst fine grained, integrated tannins add further complexity. The prestigious USA Wine & Spirit magazine selected our 1860 vines plantings as one of the 25 great vineyards of the world further reinforcing the priceless inheritance of these unique releases.
