Tromba Reposado Tequila
Prized for its sweet, fresh flavours and distinctive spicy length, Tromba Reposado Tequila is aged in white oak American Whiskey barrels for 6 months, resulting in a rich, sweet tequila with notes of cacao, dry walnut, almond, orange and caramelized pineapple.
Excellia Anejo
With eighteen months of ageing, Excellia Añejo delivers dessert wine aromas (ripe and sweet grapes, dried apricots and pears) with evolving notes of rancio, baked spices and herbs, leather and sandalwood. The long finish is gradual and reveals balanced lingering tones of cocoa and orchard
Don Fulano Anejo tequila
Despite its long ageing, this minimum 30-month blend is not overtly sweet or oaky; it has a drier style, which is full of spice and character from its highland terroir. Cooked agave is present with a fine mixture of dried fruits, almonds and roasted coffee. There is a subtle and masked fudginess reminiscent of dark cocoa that emerges from the depth in its long and slightly dry finish.
La Gritona Resposado Tequila
La Gritona Reposado is a subtle and distinctive 100% blue agave tequila distilled by a local family in the small region of Valle de Guadalupe in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. La Gritona Reposado has been gaining notoriety around Southern California as a bartenders secret and their preferred after-shift drink. Some call it a session tequila. Very vegetal, without the sweetness, oakiness, or vanilla that is often associated with a highland Reposado. You will not find a rounder finish in the tequila world.
Le Tribute Mezcal

Volcan De Mi Tierra Blanco Tequila
The original expression of Volcan de mi Tierra, Blanco captures the unique character of the region’s nutrient-rich volcanic terroir – redolent of grapefruit, black pepper and sweet agave. Volcán De Mi Tierra pays homage to and is named after a real volcano that sits in the lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico: El Volcán de Tequila. 200,000 years ago the Tequila volcano erupted and shaped the entire region. Its eruption covered the area in rich volcanic soil, making the area ideal for the growth of blue agave. Volcan De Mi Tierra selects the very best 100% blue weber agave from the Lowlands and the Highlands of the Jalisco region blended to create the most complex yet elegant tequila, with crisp flavours of the heart of the agave.
Corte Vetusto Espadin Joven Mezcal
This fruity, sweet and smokey expression is the most approachable of the Corte Vetusto range, drawing some comparison with medium-ester Jamaican rums. Bold flavours hint at stewed pears, potpourri, brine, white pepper and trail off with suggestions of rubber and wood smoke. It's sleek, supple and accessible, without lacking concentration or character. 45% Alc./Vol. Tasted from a 15ml sample.
