The Singleton of Dufftown was built during the reign of Queen Victoria. The Singleton 12 Year Old Scotch Whisky is a vibrant, smooth and a naturally rich Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Johnnie Walker Red Label continues to be one of Australia's favourite Scotch Whisky's. With a pedigree that dates back to 1820 when John Walker himself was bottling and selling whisky in his grocery store, it was his son, Alexander Walker, who began the legacy that has made Johnnie Walker the iconic name it is today. The Red Label was first introduced in 1909 and contains an expert blend of 35 grain and malt whiskies to produce a whiskey ideally suited for mixing. In fact, it was known that Johnnie Walker Red was the favourite whisky of Winston Churchill who loved it blended with Soda.

Made since 1858, Canadian Club was first distilled by Hirem Walker and quickly became of the worlds most recognisable brands. Delivering a smooth, light flavor, it is the embodiment of a whisky with the widest appeal, so much so Queen Victoria was known to enjoy Canadian Club, as does fictitious secret agent, James Bond. Blended before aging in white oak barrels for a full six years, Canadian Club, is a benchmark whisky with an extremely smooth, approachable, & versatile taste profile. Best served mixed, with Dry Ginger Ale and fresh squeeze of Lime, Cola or Lemonade.

The Isle of Skye is the birthplace of the heralded Scotch Whisky house of Talisker. And it is this island that gives this remarkable and unique whisky its distinctive character. The power of the sea and the inherent rugged location give birth to a dram of complexity, nuance and strength. With a sweet warmth on the nose and front palate that gives way to a briny and peppery finish courtesy of the skilful balancing of differing aged Talisker casks. Available only for a limited time, Talisker Storm is a truly tempestuous single malt.

Canadian Club 12 Year Old is aged for the extra 6 years to allow maturing in wood to produce a darker spirit with more of the traditional characteristics of aged whiskies and a richer, more aromatic flavour. This 12 Year Old whisky is perfect for mixing, or can be served on the rocks.

Think you know peaty whisky? Think again. Glenfiddich, the worlds most awarded single malt Scotch Whisky, has launched Glenfiddich Fire & Cane, an unexpected combination of their rarely-seen peated whisky with unpeated bourbon-aged single malt, all of which is finished in Latin rum casks. The result is a surprisingly sweet and smoky dram that blends rich caramel and spice notes with fresh green fruit and soft pillowy smoke. A worthy continuation of the series that's very interesting to pair with different types of food try it with spicy sausage or ice cream, for example!

Bridging the boundary of the Highlands and Lowlands, Glengoyne is a unique distillery in that they don't use peat smoke to dry their barley, rather they simply use warm air. This gives the whiskies produce a feel of grace and subtlety. Their 12 Year Old Single Malt has a nose of lemon rind and candied apples and glimmer of coconut. The palate is dense and flavoursome courtesy of the hand-selected sherry casks that also impart a textured, long lasting finish.
