Kizakura Yuzu High Ball

Kizakura Yuzu Highball is new series of Japanese R.T.D (ready to drink) Sake Cocktail. Yuzu is a kind of Japanese citrus cross between lemon, lime & orange. Often Yuzu is used for Japanese cuisine as a spice. Yuzu highball is made from Yuzu infused in Kizakura semi dry sake and carbonated to give extra refreshment. Great matching with Japanese food especially distinct flavoured dishes such as Sea Archin, Fish Roe or slow cooked Pork Belly or even Roasted Duck. Enjoy chilled or on the rocks.

A premium, dry sake produced with glossy rice polished to at least 50% of its original size. Light and complex, it has a fragrant nose of white chocolate, caramel and vanilla, leading to a fresh citrus fruit palate with a crisp, clean finish.
