The fruit is sourced here from three regional sub districts and matured in old French oak for roughly 12 months. This beautiful wine displays an attractive ruby red colour in a glass. The well balanced bouquet emits medium intensity fragrances of blackberry, dried herbs and earth. Gentle extraction is achieved by the draining of wine from the skins and returning back over.
