Wonderful garnet red colour showing aromas of red and blackberries and cedar on the nose. Rich forest fruits and licks of vanillin oak on the palate. Hand plunged in open topped fermenters, with nine months in seasoned French oak barriques.

A dry elegant Shiraz with ripe berry and spice on the nose flowing generously onto the back palate. The tannins are soft and elegant creating a smooth texture on the palate.

An elegant palate with flavours of dried plum, forest fruits and mocha, with some savoury notes. Tight, fine tannins provide length and structure, to this wine that finishes with dark chocolate notes.

The Sangiovese fruit was simply destemmed, chilled and pressed using only the free-run fraction of the juice. It was then fermented at moderate temperatures using as always solely indigenous yeasts. After fermentation it was matured for three months on gross lees to add additional texture. The Nebbiolo fruit was hand-picked and, after chilling, whole bunch-pressed directly to old oak for fermentation. This took close to six weeks, after which the wine received a further four weeks maturation in barrel. At this stage the final blend between Sangiovese and Nebbiolo was decided and the wine was emptied from barrel/tank, settled, filtered, sulphured and bottled in late July.We are super stoked with the final wine!!The texture and acid structure are highlights of what is likely a more approachable and fruit-forward release of Nocturne rosé

Flavours of red cherries, mulberries and liquorice. Fine tannins fill the palate to give a long savoury finish.

Vibrant in the glass deep purple with bright red edges. The nose is complex and expressive. A mix of red, blue, purple fruits the blend of varieties reflected in the broader spectrum. Oak though present is not imposing itself. Remarkably fragrant. Savoury notes in the tobacco and cedar zone add interest. Complex structure and great length created by the blend of varieties, a wine to try now but also one to cellar.

Machine harvested at night , crushed and de-stemmed, pressed to French oak (25% new and the balance in staves) for 12 months. This is classic cooler climate Shiraz with beautiful perfumes on the nose and lovely fleshy fruit flavours on the palate, the tannins are soft and generous combining to give the wine a well structured finish.

The 2023 Pedestal Shiraz from Margaret River is a prime example of the region's premium wine production. This vintage, crafted by the esteemed Larry Cherubino Wines, boasts a deep ruby color with a slight purple hue. On the nose, the wine presents a bouquet of blackberries, plums, and dark chocolate, accented by subtle hints of vanilla and spice. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with silky tannins and a complex layering of flavors. Notes of ripe dark fruits, black pepper, and oak mingle together, creating a seamless and well-structured profile. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lingering touch of blackberry and dark chocolate on the palate. This Pedestal Shiraz is a true testament to the exceptional terroir of Margaret River and is sure to impress even the most discerning of palates.
