Morris Sherry Barrel is a mature style single malt whisky that highlights the perfect balance of oak, malt, and sherry barrel influence. Maturated in a combination of French and American oak ex-Australian red wine casks and finished in barrels that have held our Morris of Rutherglen 10yr-Aged Amber Apera (Sherry). The Aged Amber is a full flor fino, produced predominantly from the Palomino grape. It exhibits a drier style, showing elegance and complexity from years of long-term aging in cask, making it a beautiful compliment to the whisky. The result is a well-integrated and very approachable Australian single malt which the broad whisky consumer can embrace. Bottled at 46% ABV. Colour: Tiger-eye gemstone with copper highlights. Nose: Spun toffee, baked fruit flan with peach compote and fresh sherry cask notes. Palate: It has a unique Rutherglen character of being produced from all Australian ingredients and finished in Morris of Rutherglen award winning Apera casks. Producing a well-structured whisky with subtle spice, toasted nut and clean oak characters. Finish: Delicious, candied lemon with gentle sage and marjoram herbal profile. Also available in 12, 18 and 25 year varieties the Distillers reserve is the youngest in the lineup. Crafted using malt matured in sherry casks which gives the whisky a rich spiced nose of sherry soaked plums and raisins. On the palate you’ll find coffee and chocolate with a hint of smoke. Lark Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky is proudly unique in character and style. Entirely made by hand, Lark consistently distills some of the worlds most prized Whiskies, with no more than 100 litres at a time. Distilled in locally crafted copper-pot stills, this exceptional classic cask is the flagship product of the Lark Distillery. This Whisky is best described as a complex mix of vanilla-caramel-maple syrup with some slightly spicy, floral notes and gentle hints of fresh pepper on a flavourful lingering finish. Excellent neat or with a drop or two of filtered water.

This single malt was matured in bourbon barrels and is a showcase of peat character. It has shiny amber colour as a sign of age. The nose shows sweet scents like banana, honey and custard with gorgeous peat smokiness. Clean warm textured mouthfeel is followed by barley and crisp apple, and the finish is long and complex with peat and hints of yellow fruits.
