Tulloch Verdelho is an exciting aromatic white that was harvested at night to retain the fresh natural acidity found in the quality fruit. The wine itself has honeydew melon notes with a real citrus blossom lift. The long, engaging palate has a real zest to it with a fine acid backbone treating the drinker with a long, crisp finish.

The wine shows lifted tropical fruits with hints of musk, spice and citrus florals. A full flavoured fruit-packed palate, with ripe tropical fruits, well balanced with great mouth feel and a long crisp finish.

Bimbadgen Estate Semillon is light bodied with trademark lemon, citrus notes. High acid will ensure longevity in the bottle. A great Hunter valley style.

As a whiff of the wine is followed by a sip, upfront peach and melon flavours impress you, that are held together by tight acidity. Consume this wonderful white wine within 2 to 3 years from vintage. De Iuiis Hunter Valley Semillon has lifted tropical fruits and citrus characters that dominate the aroma, while excellent natural acidity adds balance and length of flavour.
