McKelvey Estate Semillon Verdelho

Pretty aromas of white peach, lemon, apple and melon. Clean and crisp with Granny Smith and stonefruit notes in a lovely easy-drinking style with soft acidity and a juicy finish.

Tulloch Verdelho

Tulloch Verdelho is an exciting aromatic white that was harvested at night to retain the fresh natural acidity found in the quality fruit. The wine itself has honeydew melon notes with a real citrus blossom lift. The long, engaging palate has a real zest to it with a fine acid backbone treating the drinker with a long, crisp finish.

Peter Drayton Wildstreak Chardonnay

Beautifully refined yet packed full of flavour, Peter Drayton has created another classy Hunter Chardonnay. Vibrant mid yellow. Complex aromas of peach, pear, almond, nougat and flinty oak. De Iuliis Chardonnay

It's a bit of a mouthful to pronounce, but this stunning Hunter Valley Chardonnay has subtle aromas of vanillin oak and melon, with a hint of green pear. A rich fruit palate combines with the creamy texture from time in French oak, finishing with lingering peach flavours. A perfect example of modern Hunter Chardonnay.

Tyrrell's 1858 Reserve Hunter Valley Semillon

Fruit picked in the cool of night, then quickly pressed to stainless steel. It remains on lees to gain some texture, but then bottled quickly, to retain the citrus, floral notes and the brisk acidity.
