Archie Rose Double Malt Whisky showcases the bright, grassy fruitiness of malted rye backed up by rich aromas of Aussie fortified wine, vanilla from American oak and the smooth sweetness of local malted barley. The result is a remarkably complex whisky with notes of apricot jam smeared on toasted rye bread, fragrant oak and a hint of milk chocolate, finishing with honey-roasted macadamia nuts, ripe tropical fruits and baking spices.

First ever vodka in the world to be peat smoked. Using Tasmanian Peat from the North West Coast of Tasmania which has almost identical climate and weather conditions to that of Scotlands west coast. This spirit captures all of the unique qualities of our sheep whey vodka and infuses them with the pervasive character of Tasmanian peat smoke. This results in a balanced sipping Vodka. The spirit is divisive; yet elegant.

Reminiscent of slow and salty days, Papa Salt is an easy-drinking gin made for sharing. Native Australian wattleseed and pink peppercorn are brightened with zesty wax flower, hibiscus, citrus peel and a hint of oyster shell. Have it short, tall or straight up. After maturing for years in South Australian red wine casks, our Muscat Finish Whisky spends additional time in richly flavoured South Australian fortified wine casks. These European oak casks held muscat for at least 20 years, and impart bold flavours of dried fruit and fine tannin.

To create this truly unique whisky, we selectively sourced rare malted rye and the finest malted barley from progressive malt houses, paired them with virgin American oak casks air-dried for 36 months and let it all mature in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. Our preference for malted rye over the far more commonly used unmalted rye affords this whisky a point of distinction evident upon the very first sip. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie with a fresh herbal finish that lingers on the palate.

Veuve Capet is the first Vodka exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes (hand-harvested in the famous Côte des Blancs, in French Champagne vineyards). After a fivefold distillation and charcoal filtration, this vodka was assembled with perfectly pure water. Veuve Capet has a unique character, combining roundness and fruitness. Tasting notes : Eye : Perfectly crystal clear. Nose : Rich and elegant bouquet. Fresh, dominated by citrus notes, including grapefruit zest, then evolving to exotic notes of mango and guava. Mouth : Very rich and supple in the mouth. Complex aromas with citrus, the finish is particularly long, dominated by Williams pear notes.

Ink Dry Gin was created in the Northern Rivers of NSW after a global voyage of botanical discovery. This natural floral infusion of butterfly pea flower petals gives Ink Dry Gin a remarkable and lustrous inky blue hue.
