Our Limited Release Ruby Pinot Cask Finish is a tantalisingly light and fruit-filled composition; a single malt whisky with notes of orange blossom and honeysuckle that embodies the characteristics of a crisp, Tasmanian spring morning. A combination of Port, Sherry, Bourbon, White Oak and Wine casks from our Bothwell Distillery were selected to complement the juicy flavours of vibrant berries from the finishing casks: Frogmore Creek’s ex-Ruby Pinot Noir fortified wine casks. With mouth-watering inflections of mandarin, maple and meadow honey, this is a compellingly crisp single malt whisky reminiscent of a springtime sunrise in the Tasmanian highlands. Mouthwatering mandarin, maple, meadow honey, macadamia, and marizipan. Bright and juicy notes of black cherry, orange blossom, and toasted oak, topped with vanilla bean whipped cream, just delicious.

Full of dark forest fruits, bright citrus peel and Tasmanian brandy blanketed in toasted oak, this indulgent little dram is as a slice of fruitcake and a cuppa. A sticky, plummy, homemade fruit cake in a glass, Orange peel-infused caramel pudding topped with spices. Dried fruits play off the rich, earthy oak.

Don Julio 1942 Añejo was created for the first time back in 2002 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Don Julio and is the ultimate experession of the Tequila art. Made in the Añejo style, this Tequila is made from the finest piñas, double distilled and aged for 24-30 months in small oak barrels. Rich, sweet aromas of caramel and toffee are layered with a fresh vanilla fragrance and hints of cherry-like red fruits.

Retaining the elegant warmth of Miyagikyo malt, peat brings out a mellow sweetness and more solid body. Nikka says it has the sweetness of raisins and dry cherries, and a light yet firm peatiness.

This rare version of Miyagikyo single malt is part of the "Nikka Discovery" series: an inside look at the various experiments made during the whisky-making process at Nikka. Focusing on the distinctive aromas generated by yeast selected from Nikka's vast "culture collection", this expression is partly made from a batch which offers fruity aromas of peach and apricot. As usual, the 2017 RunRig is approximately 2% Viognier. It spent almost 30 months in oak, 40% of which was new. Hints of peach or apricot appear on the nose, alongside notes of hickory smoke, cherries and baking spices. It's full-bodied and concentrated but supple and silky enough to seem lighter in the mouth, showing tremendous length and elegance on the finish, where it adds nuances of cinnamon and cocoa. Rating: 98/100.

Diplomático Ambassador rum is an exquisite rum crafted from the distillerys best rum reserves. After a minimum of twelve years of aging in white oak casks, until optimal maturity is achieved, the rums are aged for two additional years in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, contributing to Ambassadors complex sensory profile. This incomparable rum features aromas reminiscent of port wine, dried fruits and cigar boxes. It is complex on the palate with cinnamon, nutmeg and toasted oak notes leading onto a long, pleasing aftertaste.
