Dominio De Pingus Flor de Pingus

Flor de Pingus is produced by the visionary Danish winemaker Peter Sisseck. Truffle-tobacco nose with sour cherry and fruitnnut tree aromatics, theres gamey beast-hide, and a purple storm raining minerals. Fine and radiant, with cool blue fruits - powder-tannined, nutty-inky-and-mineral in the mouth, this Tempranillo is Ribera del Duero from on high.

Château Climens Barsac

Château Climens is regarded by many as the regions best wine after Yquem. Although it is slightly unfair to compare them due to their inherent differences in style and approach. Climens are known for elegance, purity and freshness, while Yquem is known for concentration and lusciousness. The 2009 vintage throughout Bordeaux can only be described as 'perfect' - Barsac in the south was no different. A wine for the ages that will repay those willing to cellar this sweet wine gem ten fold.

Château Clerc-Milon Pauillac

In the past, Château Clerc-Milon has been a rather neglected property, but has seen recent rejuvenation due to the famous Baron Phillippe de Rothschild taking charge of the estate. Named after the original owner, Clerc, and the small village in which the Château lies, Milon, the wine itself is predominated by Cabernet Sauvignon which sets it apart from another Rothschild Château, d'Armailhac. 2008 saw a Clerc-Milon of power and strength with bold, ripe fruit that will develop wonderfully in a well cared for cellar.

Mount Pleasant Maurice O'Shea Shiraz

A classic of classics.

Fancois Voyer XO Gold 20-30 years Grande Champagne Cognac Carafe

A rich, full of rancio, grape-to-bottle Cognac. The XO Gold is called as such because it only received gold medals in every single competition it entered. Minimum 20 years old, all the way to 30 years old. This cognac provides access to a single vineyard, quality “XO”, very different from the blends of the bigger brands. A very special drink to keep the night going with family and friends. Tasting Notes: Nose: Down among the flowers: touches of jasmine, clove, combined with peach and plums. The old maturation of this Cognac has given it its vanilla aroma and this light and sweet aroma that only an old Cognac has. Palate: The outstanding point is probably the great elegance which is one of the major characteristics of the Premier Cru Grande Champagne, fully represented here by the delicacy of aromas as well as the subtlety of its palate.
