Clement LElixir comes from the blend of rums aged 6 years. A vintage that has aromatic characteristics. This Kura The Whisky Sherry Cask expression is a delightful new whisky matured in the finest Oloroso sherry casks. The maturation period has imparted rich notes of winter berries, dried fruits, bitter dark chocolate and a gentle woodiness onto the light and fruity spirit. Its a match made in heaven that creates a drinking experience that youre not likely to forget in a hurry.

Fresh wood barrel dominates the spirit with a touch of vanilla and flowers that bring to breath of nectar, maltose, tones of fruits citrus, Mizunara oak & coffee beans; medium wood intergration, then finish with a sweet aftertaste of maltose. Very smooth, rounded full pallet and easy to drink.

Aged 4yrs in Portuguese sourced Port barrels and re-conditioned in Tasmania, Iron House pure Tasmanian Single Malt Port Cask is an enticing drop.
