Australia first smoked gin Bushfire is a smokey, unique gin based on an original London dry gin recipe but with the original ingredients substituted for our own Australian native botanicals. The individual botanicals have been smoked with Iron Bark to uncover a rich, smokey palate with sweet hints of maple.

Created to capture as purely as possible the essence of the Australian summer garden, this is the original Garden Grown Gin (formerly called Distillery Botanica Gin). The French perfumers' time-honoured technique of enfleurage is used to extract the delicate scent and flavour from the hero botanical Murraya. It along with Chamomile, Sage, Rose, Angelica, Orris Root and of course Juniper bring this floral gin alive. On the nose, there are hints of jasmine, sweet honeysuckle and orange blossom.

The wild bush lemons on Lord Howe Island descend from the fruits of the early settlers. They were planted to help sustain them during the long periods between passing ships. They have a unique enveloping aroma, but beware the thorns! In the days of ships and flying boats, a tradition on Lord Howe Island was to throw flower leis into the water from departing launch boats. They inevitably washed ashore to signify their wearers return to the island.

Others say it was created in a Tijuana bar for the Ziegfeld dancer Majorie King. Another popular story is that it was created by socialite Margarita Sames for guests at her Acapulco holiday home. And its making just as big an impact 140 or so years later, capturing all the glamour and excitement of New York City in a glass. The Manhattan has stayed true to its origins, mixing American Rye Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, and traditional Angostura Bitters. During Prohibition (19201933) Canadian whisky was primarily used because it was more readily available. Just like its namesake, and the people who call it home, it has survived wars and prohibition, recessions and depressions. Serving Suggestions:To serve, pour Dr Onyx Manhattan into a mixing glass filled with ice, stir well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass or in a short glass over ice. Garnish with a cherry or lemon peel.

Well, we dont know if all three were ever in the same bar at the same time, but we do know they all found fame (and some say notoriety) in 1980s London. There are several claims for the origin of the Espresso Martini. The more common claim was created at Freds Club, a Soho bar in the late 80s by bartender Dick Bradsell, for a young model who wanted something to wake me up and f**k me up. We cant think of a drink that better embodies the spirit of London. With many variations, this perfect recipe combines Grey Goose Vodka, Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liquor, Espresso Coffee Extract, and sugar cane. Its an ideal cocktail for those who need an extra shot of life to make it through the night.Serving Suggestions:To serve, fill a cocktail shaker with ice, pour Dr Onyx Espresso Martini and shake vigorously. Pepper famed bourbon distiller, who then introduced it to New York high society during his frequent visits to the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel bar in New York. They clearly embraced it, given how the infamous Mad Men had such a taste for it 80 years later in the 1960s Manhattan advertising scene. The Old Fashioned has had a makeover or two over its time. But this smooth, bitter, sweet simplicity of Bulleit Straight Bourbon Whiskey, traditional Angostura Bitters, and sugar cane syrup is a tonic that Don Draper himself would approve of.Serving Suggestions:Serve Dr Onyx Old Fashioned gently swirled in a short glass over ice, with a twist of orange zest.
