Gran Patrón Burdeos is crafted in very limited quantities from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco. Twice distilled and aged in used American and new French oak barrels, it is then finished in vintage Bordeaux wine barrels, which impart a dark amber colour and a taste that's velvety smooth with hints of vanilla and raisins. The companies entire tequila-making process takes place at Hacienda Patrón, where they only make Patrón. And they take pride in everything about it. Product Information: For this range, malt master Kelsey McKechnie has made a small selection of our rarest casks, each of exceptional quality and unique individual flavour to bring together in a tun marriage. The Balvenie 25-year-old is blended from a combination of whiskies matured in traditional American oak and European Sherry oak casks. It has extraordinary depth, the perfect balance to create the most elegantly fruity whisky expression the Twenty-Five hints at the most sought-after Balvenie flavours – bold vanilla oak, crystallised ginger and sweet runny honey. The nose has a distinct honeyed sweetness with hints of brown sugar. Ripe fruits ranging from apple, pear to tropical aromas of mango and pineapple. Mint, anise and ginger accents. Seasoned oak in the background. Smooth and creamy on the palate. Baked apple notes, hints of tropical fruits. There is also a bit of liquorice and a pronounced flavour of baked cinnamon. Aged for 23 years, this Whisky was distilled the year that Dr Bill Lumsden (the Cask Master) first joined Glenmorangie. Matured in ex-Bourbon casks and Oloroso Sherry casks then finally finished for more than a decade in prestigious Margaux red wine casks. The colour deep auburn undertones, the nose is full-bodied and rich, with hints of creamy popcorn and toffee apples, with nutmeg and toasted bread adding layers, followed by cinnamon and cloves with hints of chocolate. The addition of a few drops of water brings out the characteristic citrus and vanilla of Granger, and brings out the honey and toasted fruit, covered with more milk chocolate. On the palate, the spicey texture provides a cooling effect, kicking off with notes of cloves and toffee apples, bringing out notes of cocoa, mint and lemon sorbet. Citrus aromas linger in the throat, vibrant and sweet, before fading into aromas of cranberry and pear soufflé with hints of oak.

The Bonneau du Martray family is recognized as one of the best producers in the Corton appellation, and their Corton-Charlemagne is renowned as one of the benchmarks of the region. Produced from low-yielding vines, 16 different parcels of grapes are vinified separately in order for their respective "terroirs" to be reflected in the final wine. Fermentation begins in stainless steel and after 5 or 6 days is completed in cask. The separate cuvées are matured in one-third new oak barrels for 12 months before being assembled and returned to cask for another 6 months prior to being bottled.

Pol Roger Brut displays a beautiful golden straw coloured hue, as well as abundant and fine bubbles. With a powerful and attractive nose, it first delivers aromas of fruit (pear and mango) and then releases light flavours of honeysuckle and white jasmine, lingering on vanilla and brioche notes. Behind a frank and dynamic attack, the wine encompasses a nice harmony and a pleasant freshness, whilst preserving some structure. On the palate, flavours of cooked fruit (quince jelly, apricot jam) happily mingle with fragrances of beeswax and acacia honey. The long-lasting aromas, composed of both fruity (candied orange peel, tangerine) and spicy notes (cardamom, anis) is outstanding.
