The palate shows some dark berry nuances and secondary savoury characters. The finish of this Pinot Noir is elegant and long.

The Ridge of Tears wines range is homage to Peter Logan's late ancestors. Ridge of Tears Mudgee Shiraz is a deep dark red coloured wine. The complex aroma of this dry red wine mixes florals, dark cherries, mulberries and plums, that further fuse with warm spices, liquorice and a little touch of fresh earth. The medium to full bodied palate displays plum, berry and spice flavours with a mineral core and grainy tannins. The palate presents a soft texture, before leading to a long finish.
