Already a multi award-winner, the Amelia Park Cabernet Merlot is a seamless wine that is wonderfully medium-bodied with a fine acid backbone that simply sings from beginning to end.

Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon is another match that delivers something greater than the sum of its parts. Blend the rich upfront flavour and a lingering aftertaste of Cabernet, with the silky softness consistency of Shiraz, add a splash of Merlot, and you have a Rouge of super delicious deliciousness. This blend has been simply foot-crushed, hand-plunged during wild ferment and basket pressed to old oak for some sleepy time. The Cabernet, Shiraz & Merlot are all from our Quindalup vineyard.

The Cabernet Merlot has a luscious smooth ripe flavour profile without being sweet with regional notes of black olives and eucalypt.

This red wine is a delicious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, procured from picturesque vineyards in the renowned Margaret River wine region. Poured into a glass, it shows a medium deep red colour accompanied by purple hues. The fragrant nose offers lifted aromas of dark berries and spice coupled with dried herb and chocolate hints. The flavoursome and supple palate is filled with dark plum and cherry flavours. Creamy vanilla nuances enhance the palate, while incredibly soft tannins lead to a satisfying finish. This drink can be enjoyed upon release. Serve it with red wine braised beef chuck, filet mignon or double chocolate cake.

Established in 1982 and run by second generation Ed Tomlinson, this fruit driven, medium bodied wine has notes of ripe black fruits and finishes with perfect length and a wonderful texture.

The clever team from this winery have created three labels that that all over deliver that their price points. The middle tier, Stella Bella, is a Fine Wine favourite, and this blend shows why. Fresh citrus, gooseberry, custard apple, stone fruits, sweet herbs & spice are all rolled into one great little wine.

From the highly regarded wine making team at Pierro comes this more than worthy second label. Expressive red berry characters on the nose are intermingled with nuances of blood plum, and on the palate these flavours are underpinned by subtle oak.

Every now and then we stumble across little gems such as this, that simply scream class and most importantly just delicious drinkability. Master Margaret River winemaker, Cliff Royale, has done it again with this superb new release. The fruit is sourced here from three regional sub districts and matured in old French oak for roughly 12 months. It's a brilliant drink right now, soft in structure with a pristine fruit profile, particularly with the likes of chargrilled lamb chops.

Risky Business Shiraz Tempranillo Grenache is a blend of 2% Malbec and 13% Grenache grapes with 17% Tempranillo and 68% Shiraz grapes. The resulting wine displays dark crimson red hues, with rich aromas of sweet ripe plums and smoky steeped fruits flowing off its luxurious bouquet. These vibrant fragrances effortlessly shift to the palate to provide juicy flavours of spicy plum fruits and smoky characters. The fine tannins offer an elegant mouthfeel, culminating in a generous and captivating finish showing hints of astringency. Drink this bright red wine with lamb curry, kangaroo meatballs, pizza and lasagna.
