We are absolutely thrilled to bring to you the Chandon Vintage Brut Rosé, exclusive to Vintage Cellars! A beautiful blend, the pinot component adds lovely strawberry flavours to the creamy nutty characters of the chardonnay which are the hallmark of the house of Chandon. Rich salmon pink in colour, the nose delivers enticing aromas of freshly baked pastry and nougat along with spice notes and hints of cherry and ripe strawberry. The palate is dense and multi-layered with mouth-filling red berry flavours complemented by toasty characters. A beautifully structured mid-palate is supported by savoury spice and fine creamy notes. The inclusion of red pinot noir base wine in the blend provides great complexity, persistence and a sublime long, dry finish.

An extremely well-balanced, wonderfully refined and light Champagne which cannot fail to seduce Champagne lovers. Sélection Brut releases unwavering aromas of white fruit, apple and raspberry to glorious effect. Pale yellow in colour, with green edges, the wine has fine bubbles and persistent mousse. Fresh lime blossom, apple and fennel aromas abound with some hints of nut and toast in background. A bright palate includes primary fruit flavours of pears and Fuji apples, nectarine and ripe meyer lemons. Soft acidity, gentle creamy texture and a very long finish are features of this wine.

Champagne Duperrey Brut Rosé, hand-crafted by Christophe Rapeneau from fruit grown around the iconic Champagne town of Reims, is a truly attractive and sensuous sparkling rosé that lends itself to many occasions and food pairings. A wonderful lifted and vibrant strawberry colour in the glass paves the way for the nose which sees aromas of ripe cherry and a hint of apricot. In the mouth, this Champagne comes into its own with a smooth and creamy mousse complimented by a super fine bead. Flavours of raspberry and cherries come to the fore to produce a sparkling wine overflowing with charisma and class.

This light pink hued Pink Heath Sparkling Pinot Noir is lined with an apricot blush along the edges. The fragrant bouquet flaunts intense strawberry and rose aromas which intermix with juicy red currant flavours on the rich and sweet palate. This wonderful Pinot Noir ends in a lingering finale.
