Chris Ringland, the man behind such famous names as Three Rivers Shiraz, creates a wine that is made from mature Northern Barossa vines and shows dark mass of concentrated black and blue fruits, laced with sweet mocha and wrapped in a smooth, velvety texture. Pepperjack Certified has been created as the perfect match for prime red meat cuts. The blend consist of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz sourced from the iconic Barossa region and made with contemporary winemaking techniques. The result has produced a richly flavoured, characterful wine.

From vines over or approaching 100 years old, this was open - fermented with wild yeast, then spent 18 months in some new, mainly old, French oak barriques.
