Amen Break Quarry Ridge Victoria Chardonnay

The Amen Break Quarry Ridge Victoria Chardonnay shows lifted aromatics of fig and pear, complexing reductive elements and a hint of white florals. The palate is very concentrated, with fig, pear, wet stones, and a hint of mealy phenolic at the finish. Acidity is bright and frames the palate beautifully. This is a totally modern, thoroughly authentic expression of cool grown, high altitude chardonnay.

De Bortoli Estate Grown Yarra Valley Pinot Noir

From the Yarra Valley comes this benchmark Pinot from one of the country's best regions for the variety. Sweet berry fruit and forest floor characters are balanced by depth and length of flavour.

Chard Farm Pinot Gris Sur Lie

This wine is made from vineyards in the Parkburn area of Cromwell. All the grapes are hand harvested and fermented in small lots in stainless steel tanks helping to retain fruit purity and finesse. The wine is full, dry and textural, it displays excellent fruit structure, intensity and mineral length.

Sticks Pinot Grigio

6Ft6 Chardonnay

Fresh citrus and floral aromas power through in this silky Chardonnay, which finishes on the palate with a delectable hint of crème brûlée.

Paringa Estate Estate Pinot Gris

This lovely Pinot Noir offers all aromas associated with the classic grape variety - apple and pear, with a touch of spice. These aromas shift to a textured and juicy palate, which eventually culminates in a refreshing finish. Pair it with white meat dishes or fish accompanied by rich and creamy sauces.

Airlie Bank Gris On Skins

Picked from a block of gris on the Napoleone Vineyard in the Yarra Valley which is nurtured to hang a touch longer, with better tannin maturity than the fruit picked for the Punt Road Pinot Gris. Whole berry and whole bunch ferments are conducted in isolation in one-tonne open pots. They were pressed separately to oak this year, but in the end both went in their entirety into the blend. The bunch ferments developed a very significant funk this year, and it was good to see this in the finished wine. The berry ferments supply musk flavour and fruit sweetness. Its all about the bunch though: Campari, aniseed and kombucha. Unfined and minimally filtered. The perfect companion in Spring or Summer.

Oneday Estate Sparkling Riesling

This rare vintage sparkling Riesling is a product of our single vineyard in Curlewis, on the Bellarine Peninsula. The cool maritime climate produced the highest quality of grapes which were picked by hand on March 12th, 2018.

Oneday Estate Late Pick Sweet Riesling

An intense aromatic wine displaying citrus flower characters balanced by fresh acidity and sweet notes of poached pears.

Airlie Bank Gris on Skins Yarra Valley

This is our first bottling from the bizarre 2020 vintage, which went from ridiculous to sublime. We had very small crops, early tannin ripeness and picked at low baumé. We avoided disease pressure in a very difficult year for that, and ended up with more transparency and freshness in the fruit than 2019. This year we were back to a 50:50 mix of skins and whole-bunch ferments. The skins ferment was 72 hours, with light hand-plunging every 12 hours during that time. The wine was pressed at 8 baumé to old puncheons. The whole-bunch ferment was on skins for 14 days, with carbonic maceration until some light pigeage on days 12 and 13. It was pressed to old puncheons to finish ferment. Both batches had two months in oak unsulphured. The wine was racked in early May, with minimal filtration and no finings. 40ppm of SO2 was added prior to bottling. This vintage we focused on prettiness with supporting notes of funk and bunch. There was no shortage of flavour about; itâs an intense year for that but also characterised by high natural acidity â perfect for skinsy styles, which can otherwise become a bit soapy. And of course Iâm very pleased with the colour, a perfect match for the new label⦠- Tim Shand, Punt Road
