Freshwater is an American Style pale ale, brewed using our favourite American hop, Cascade. The Freshwater is well balanced between the sweet biscuity malt and the thirst quenching hop flavour and crispy clean finish.

This Split Pick Moscato from South Australia is a gem of a wine displaying a pale rose hue. The blissful bouquet is an amalgam of pink rose, musk and strawberry fragrances, while the fruit-driven, light and juicy palate is full of exotic tropical fruit flavours which balance the sweetness of the wine to provide a crisp and persistent finish. Deep golden colour and a dense foam. Full nose of pine, apricot, citrus, grapefruit and light plum with a slight dank hop grassiness. Light malty in flavour. Strong hop flavours of pine, citrus, apricot and stone fruit. Strong but very smooth bitterness from front to end. Medium-light body with a dry smooth yet bitter finish, leaving you wanting for more.
