Distinguished by true to the varietal lemon, citrus, spice and tropical fruits, a delightful edge of minerality and crunchy fresh acidity, Tahbilk Marsanne can be enjoyed as a current vintage release or allowed to develop signature honeysuckle and marmalade characters if carefully cellared.

Initial aromas for this Prosecco by Pizzini include yeasty and melon notes, as the wine opens up in the glass the nose smacks of citrus blossom, fresh lime, Wisteria flower and green apples. It is refreshingly fizzy with gentle, lemony acidity.

This Shiraz though is sourced from the Cambrian rich soils of Heathcote, a region which has quickly become one of Australia's premier Shiraz growing areas. Famous for their popular and flavoursome Sauvignon Blanc, Giesen produce an enticing and pure Riesling from the same region, Marlborough. Displaying notes of citrus, white flowers and ginger on the nose, this attractive off-dry Riesling shows subtle sweet flavours of lemon curd, mandarin and orange peel. High up in the Adelaide Hills, Paracombe is owned and operated by the Drogemuller family, which it has passionately done since 1983. Sourced from both estate and selected grower fruit, Paracombe Shiraz shows wonderful ripe fruit aromas with a delicate cool-climate aspect. Notes of cherries, plums, pepper and spice are notable along with a palate of layered spicy fruit and a fine tannin structure.

With the name of Tim Adams behind this exciting Riesling, it isn't hard to see why many have fallen in love with the wonderful, casual style aromatic white. Rich in lemon curd, lime aromas and flavour and with a touch of sweetness, this wine lends itself to some easy food matching; especially with Asian cuisine. Mouth-watering acidity and length of flavour will have you also falling in love with great Clare Valley Riesling.

This Pinot Gris combines fruit from premium sites in Central Otago, including Maude's mature family owned vineyard in Wanaka, Mt Maude. This Pinot gris has typical aromas of ripe pear, quince and brioche lead onto a rich textured palate where whole bunch pressing and partial barrel fermentation has created complexity.

Savoury and slightly earthy notes combine on the nose with attractive dark cherry aromas. The berry flavours are long on the palate and smoothly textured, finishing with light but persistent tannins.

Extended time on yeast lees has added a rich creaminess to the blend which is enhanced by a refreshing dry finish. It combines Pinot elegance with complexity and depth of flavour to make it a perfect food wine. It's easy to see why Orlando's Trilogy sparkling wines continue to be great value for money.
