Ballinaclash is a small pick-your-own orchard, vineyard and cellar door, owned and run by Peter & Cath Mullany and their six children. It is situated near Young, in the Hilltops cool-climate region of New South Wales. Ballinaclash prides itself in growing the best possible fruit for its customers, and producing boutique style products and single vineyard wines made exclusively from their fruit.

Far to the south of the sprawling mainland continent of Australia, lies the exquisitely beautiful island of Tasmania. Famed for its apple production, recent years have seen its enormous potential for quality wines begin to be realised. This brilliant Riesling offers florals, blossoms, limes, lemons. orange rind notes and passionfruit. A wonderfully elegant Riesling from the Distant South, with the potential for long ageing.

With its generous aromas of lifted white pear, stone fruit, wild flowers, grilled nuts; the palate delivers a balanced tight mineral acidic line, white stone fruits and melons, supported by prominent oak barrel.

Brown Brothers White gold Mmoscato is pale golden colour with a bright green hue. This wine was brought to life with its lively bubbles, show casing different layers of flavours including spices, hint of musk, honey and rose water. Great refreshing summer drink or branch!

An example of cool climate Tasmanian Chardonnay at its best. Refined, complex and elegant wine, displaying a straw green colour with stone fruit aromas and a creamy palate .

Tar & Roses Pinot Grigio is is a lovely expression of the variety with aromas of pear, stone fruit and honeysuckle. Crisp and medium-bodied, the flavours of quince and spice are framed by clean acidity.

A blend of 50% Schonburger and 50% Chardonnay Musque this naturally sparkling sulpher free wine is a whole lot of fun! $1 from each bottle goes to supporting the souther ocean carbon company! The first step in making a carbon positive brand!

The cooler climate in Tasmania has always been an ideal place for Pinot Noir to grow as this variety requires longer ripening periods. Chardonnay on the other hand just thrive the extra time to develop more elegant floral, crisp green apple, citrus flavour and natural acidity. When these two join forces, they become the classic base blend ideal for Sparkling wine. This is well balanced with a dry, refreshing finish.

Single block Riesling from our East Coast Hazards vineyard. The Devil's Corner Resolution Riesling would be perfect with a range of seafood dishes. Lightly battered whiting fillets seared with a garden salad and a lime vinaigrette would be perfect. As would a roasted lemon infused chicken with an Asian slaw. Don't forget the oysters or calamari!

The alcohol levels are slightly higher than most years this leads to a softness in the body and finish of the wine. Aromas of lime zest, white jasmine and mandarin. The palate is complex with lemon juice, lime zest & a mineral finish.
