Brewery de Posthoorn was founded in 1806 in the South of Holland. The brewerys name was chosen because of its location next to the postal carriage station. The post horn was used to signal their arrival and departure. While waiting for the postal carriages, people enjoyed the brewerys fine beer. Freshwater is an American Style pale ale, brewed using our favourite American hop, Cascade. The Freshwater is well balanced between the sweet biscuity malt and the thirst quenching hop flavour and crispy clean finish.

Crafted to deliver a distinct flavour hit like no other. Made using only the freshest ginger it delivers a punchy ginger bite. It has a clean, smooth taste and as the liquid passes through the palate the ginger will fill the whole mouth, leaving a warmth at the back of the throat. Should be inverted before opening to allow the sediment to go back into solution. Enjoy straight or pour over ice with a twist of lemon.

G.O.A.T. was first brewed as a small batch, specifically for the 2018 AIBA Awards.
