When the Sydney suburb of Newtown celebrated its sesquicentenary, the brewers of Young Henry were invited to brew a unique beer to showcase the unique style of Newtown. Freshwater is an American Style pale ale, brewed using our favourite American hop, Cascade. The Freshwater is well balanced between the sweet biscuity malt and the thirst quenching hop flavour and crispy clean finish.

It has a clean, smooth taste and as the liquid passes through the palate the ginger will fill the whole mouth, leaving a warmth at the back of the throat.
