An authentic style of Tempranillo with well resolved tannins and great length of flavour. Some new American oak maturation has imparted a rich toasty vanillin oak note to balance the spicy cherry fruit and earthy flavours of the variety.

Crafted from a single vineyard in Wilyabrup within the Margaret River GI, this small-batch Shiraz reveals layers of dark fruit, spice, and supple tannins. Bottled in lightweight sustainable glass under the Margaret River Charter and featuring Braille on the Mitu logo—‘me and you’—to honour inclusivity. Vegan friendly and proudly Indigenous-owned, celebrating culture, connection, and moments together.

This is a 60-40 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine is elegant and refined showing a clear red-purple colour; a fresh, bright and breezy wine, with red fruits to the fore and balanced tannins to hold the structure together.

Machine harvested at night , crushed and de-stemmed, pressed to French oak (25% new and the balance in staves) for 12 months. This is classic cooler climate Shiraz with beautiful perfumes on the nose and lovely fleshy fruit flavours on the palate, the tannins are soft and generous combining to give the wine a well structured finish.

60% Cabernet 40% Merlot make this blend very approachable. The lovely rich fleshy fruit of the Merlot filling out the palate and complimenting the more leaner style of the Cabernet a luscious mouthful of red wine made to enjoy.

This traditional blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon shows sweet mid-palate fruit with liquorice and spice and good tannin structure. The Cabernet Merlot is a lovely example of the blend which is so at home in Margaret River. Leafy mulberry on the nose with cassis in the background, and a soft , flavoursome palate. Delicious!

An absolutely knock out rosé featuring lovely lifted sour cherry aromas, wild strawberry and redcurrant flavours and gorgeous fresh acidity giving it fantastic length. A fantastically complex, balanced and textural rosé ideal for summer afternoons. Lifted fragrant aroomas of sour cherry and wild strawberry. The palate is redolent with wild strawberries and redcurrant with pippy fresh acidity and a fine, long structure. The wine builds through the mid palate to deliver a persistent, savoury, textural and dry finish.

Swings & Roundabouts Rosé is a beautiful blend produced by the fusion of 59% Malbec with 12.5% Sangiovese and 28.5% Tempranillo grapes. These luscious fruit parcels were picked in the cool of the night and chilled with skin contact. The juice obtained by cold pressing was fermented and then bottled. The resulting blend features a pale coral pink hue. Fresh aromas of spicy fruits fuse with light bramble notes to flaunt a fragrant bouquet. The fruity and vibrant palate packs juicy tropical fruit flavours, supported by crisp and sparkling acidity. These enticing characters provide a soft texture, culminating the wine in a lively and persistent finish. Made for consumption upon release, this magnificent Rosé tastes lovely with ham hock croquette with herb aioli and goat cheese.
