Very pale straw yellow and fine, persistent perlage. The aroma is fruity and flowery with hints of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. The dry, soft and flavoursome sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste.

One of Australia's favourite Moscatos, the Brown Brothers Moscato is a delightful reminder of of the warmer months with its aromas of musk and freshly crushed grapes. A fruit forward Pinot Gris with pear, red apple and lemon. Medium bodied with a rounded mid palate and great acid drive to finish with a touch of minerality. The fruit for this wine was partially harvested from our Upton Run and Billi’s vineyards in the Strathbogie Ranges. After gentle crushing the juices was fermented in stainless steel using a carefully selected yeast to enhance primary fruit aromas. The wine was then matured in stainless steel on lees for three months to build more body and toast notes.

Chardonnay sourced from Victorias cool climate King Valley goes into Nugan's Estate Chardonnay. Pale straw in appearance, with a youthful green hue. Aromas of peach, nectarine, poached peach and mixed spice, a rich mout filling palate of stone fruit, biscuit and yeast notes with a crisp acidity make this a good drink.

This Pinot Gris combines fruit from premium sites in Central Otago, including Maude's mature family owned vineyard in Wanaka, Mt Maude. This Pinot gris has typical aromas of ripe pear, quince and brioche lead onto a rich textured palate where whole bunch pressing and partial barrel fermentation has created complexity.
