Mr. Killerman lived in a humble tin shed in the hills behind Kilikanoon. He foraged through the Clare Valley for his meals, finding wild rabbit and many other gourmet treats. A full bodied, elegant wine it shows a balanced acidity and silky tannins culminating in a long finish on the palate.
