Fire Gully Margaret River Shiraz

This vintage was co-fermented with 7.5% viognier to give the shiraz a more intensely perfumed bouquet and silkier texture. The palate has a wonderfully dry texture which gives a savoury character to the shiraz: dark plum, briary, brambly flavous and a fleshy, almost silky texture and a long, dry finish of considerable length.

Ashbrook Margaret River Shiraz

The 2019 Ashbrook Margaret River Shiraz is a standout wine from the renowned Margaret River region of Western Australia. This vintage is a true testament to the exceptional winemaking of Ashbrook Estate. On the nose, this deep red wine boasts aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, and a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety, with flavors of dark cherries, blackcurrants, and a touch of spice. The tannins are well-integrated, providing a smooth and lingering finish. The bold and rich palate is perfectly balanced by a subtle acidity, making this wine a perfect match for hearty dishes. This Shiraz is a true expression of the Margaret River terroir and a must-try for any wine enthusiast. Enjoy now or cellar for a few years to fully appreciate its potential.

Flametree Cabernet Merlot

A lovely example of Margaret River Cabernet Merlot, Flametree Cabernet Merlot is showing big dense fruit characters of blackcurrant and stewed plums. A silky seamless palate with rich fruit concentration and chocolaty complexity. Matured in French oak barrels has softened and rounded this wine.

Vasse Felix Shiraz

A great Margaret River Shiraz with temperate ripening conditions promoting fruit intensity, richness and fine tannins. The palate is restrained and balanced with flavours of plum and aniseed spice.

Fire Gully Cabernet Merlot

From the highly regarded wine making team at Pierro comes this more than worthy second label. Expressive red berry characters on the nose are intermingled with nuances of blood plum, and on the palate these flavours are underpinned by subtle oak.

Rosabrook Cabernet Merlot

This 2014 Rosabrook Cabernet Merlot is one of the Margaret River's signature wine styles. Great licks of black fruit from the Cabernet Sauvignon interlaced with the smooth plum characters on Merlot. It is a beautifully made wine with great balance and a lengthy finish. It will be great with meat dishes or even a cheese platter. Owned by Calneggia Family Vineyards, one of Margaret River's pioneering grape growers with winemaker legend Brian Fletcher pulling the winemaking levers.

Howard Park Miamup Rosé

Howard Park Miamup Rosé is crafted from 55% Shiraz and 45% Pinot Noir. Flaunting a shining rose gold colour, this mesmerising Rose opens with fruity notes of strawberries and peach swirled with cream. These ripe berry and early season stone fruit flavours offer gentle sweetness and crispness to the palate. Oak maturation gives a soft mineral texture while adding weight and complexity to the wine. This modern, stylish, dry and delicate rosé is a great summer drink, tasting best paired with grilled fish or goat cheese.

Howard Park Miamup Cabernet Sauvignon

This beautiful wine displays an attractive ruby red colour in a glass. The well balanced bouquet emits medium intensity fragrances of blackberry, dried herbs and earth. It offers coffee, toasted oak and vanilla characters towards the end. The nose smoothly makes way for a lush palate, filled with flavours of juicy forest fruits and soft vanilla, leading to savoury notes. Together with palate coating tannins, these characters culminate in a cocoa and coffee dominated finish.
