Darnley's View Spiced Gin is distilled in small batches with a selction of ten berries, seeds, peels and roots collectively known as botanicals. Leading warming botanicals in the recipe are juniper, cinnamon and nutmeg; producing a truly remarkable gin.

Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin is an aromatic, rich and spicy gin with great power and intensity. First, they take the base botanicals and upped the amount of Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon. Then the addition of an exotic West African spice called Grains of Paradise. Although powerful, the spice tends to glow rather than become hot. Beautiful organic blood oranges are one of the last additions to the botanical basket, as well as some ginger. These wonderfully fragrant fresh botanicals help lift the spice to another level.

Our small batch philosophy entails handpicking and sourcing the finest botanicals, we draw our own fresh water, distil on our small copper still and individually bottle, wax and label each Shortcross bottle.

London dry gin. Blackwater No. 5 is a classic London Dry Gin, distilled from the purest spirit, the finest botanicals and soft local water. It balances the confident juniper notes of a traditional London Dry with bright coriander, warm cinnamon and zesty lemon. Blackwater No. 5 is crisp and elegant, great as a G&T, excellent in a cocktail.

Our small batch Irish Gin is rested in casks made from Juniper wood. During this time the spirit takes on a beautiful copper colour and gentle sweetness. Juniper wood and juniper berry working together, that's what makes this gin rather special.

Its made with Telquila inflused with natural fruit flavours. To make a delicous and perfectly simple Margarita, just add fresh lime juice and agave syrup. Adnams Single Malt vodka is distilled from East Anglian malted barley. Adnams Masterbrewer, Fergus Fitzgerald, makes a beer 'wash' which is fermented without the addition of hops. Our head distiller, John McCarthy, then takes this beer and puts it through a 'beer stripping' column, copper pot stills and finally rectification columns which concentrate and purify to create a clean, pure spirit. The unfiltered result is a beautifully smooth vodka, with natural sweetness from our locally-grown barley, and plenty of character from our hand-made copper pot still. Serve classically with ice, tonic and a slice of lemon, or with tomato juice, ice, celery and spice.
