Two collaborative varieties of Grenache and Shiraz, have been blended seamlessly to create a medium bodied, savoury style. Fruitul raspberry and red cherry on the palate with subtle dried herbs, soft tannins and a long finish. Serve with hoisin pork fillet with stir-fried Chinese greens or your favourite pizza.

This single vineyard, single varietal Shiraz is abundant & generous in style. Full bodied & intensely flavoured, it's produced from our estate grown grapes that have been dried on the vine to concentrate flavours. For additional complexity, the wine has been aged in American oak barrels for 18 months. With layers of rich dark fruit & smooth tannins the wine is multilayered and accessible. Cellar five to eight years from release.

A brilliant example of how a cellar can be built from great value wines. The 2015 vintage displays aromas of blackberry, violets and spice. The palate is rich with excellent depth of berry fruit, balanced with subtle smoky oak. This elegant, medium bodied Shiraz finishes with long, silky tannins. All museum wines have been handpicked by our experts for their potential for maturing. Each bottle is aged in our climate-controlled cellars and released when our team know they’re at their best. Blue Pyrenees Shiraz is firm favourite of not only the full-bodied, Shiraz loving customer, it's also the favourite of many of Dan Murphy's Fine Wine staff! Blue Pyrenees Shiraz is a wonderful cool-climate Shiraz that shows cardomon, cloves and blackberry. Palate has chocolate, soft tannins and balanced acid. A brilliant full-bodied shiraz with plenty of character.

Z Wine's Rustica Shiraz is an intense crimson red with purple hues followed by aromas of ripe cherry and red plum which are complimented by hints of pepper and spice with lifted perfumed notes. The palate is warm and full flavoured, displaying generous sweet red fruit, such as cherry, raspberry and plum. These fruits are couple with cedar spice notes and the soft mouth-filling tannins carry the fruit as well as providing structure and length to the wine. This wine is an exemplary example of a lifted, fruit filled Barossa Shiraz suitable for drinking in its youth.
