This wine displays lovely tropical and ripe stone fruit characters, which carry through to a textural and inviting palate.

This excellent expression of Chardonnay, partly due to only limited time in oak, is light, fresh and zesty but with inherent complexity. Pale straw in colour, this wine exhibits lifted nectarine and white blossom characters with underlying minerality and depth. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit flavour nuanced by cashew notes. A refreshing backbone of natural grape acidity provides further structure and length.

This estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc and fruit from selected Southern Margaret River growers. Zesty citrus, passionfruit and herbal aromas are combined with hint of 'gunflint'. Ripe stone fruit, melon and pear with intense shortbread, brioche and toasted bread notes from time spent maturing on yeast lees. Rich, full and seamless. Creamy, ripe stone fruits fill the mouth on entry, with lovely shortbread and brioche flavours adding richness and complexity. Xanadu Fusion Chardonnay gives an elegant bouquet full of pears, grapefruit and gala apples with underlying hints of nougat and cashew. The palate is medium bodied displaying white fleshed stone fruits and zesty citrus flavours. The wine offers an almost crystalline minerality, complimented by a lovely creamy/marshmallow texture derived from lees stirring whilst in barrel. Taut and fresh, the bright fruit and crisp acidity combine to focus the wine perfectly to a lingering fruit finish.

Fresh, pungent and layered wine by Evans & Tate. Gooseberry, lime leaf, melon and lychee with a regional grassy lift. Behind this sits subtle notes of custard apple, toast and spice from a touch of wild barrel fermentation. The Semillon Sauvignon Blanc style continues onto the palate which is fleshy, long and fresh.

Forester Estate Chardonnay is a refreshing fruit-driven wine. Pale lemon green in colour with intense roasted nuts, honey, ripe peach and a hint of smoky oak with lingering MLF on the nose. It is medium body with similar profile from the nose. Classic acidity structures with a toasty yet deliciously creamy finish.
