James Kalleske Short Stories Rosé

‘98 to you might mean the year the Spice Girls were climbing up the pop charts, but with this wine, it’s not about the vintage. Not at all. With a jaw-dropping 98 points - you’ll pinch yourself pink in disbelief - it’s our newest rock star rosé! Already at the top of the charts (hello, it’s a 98 pts rosé), this will come and go as quickly as it arrives like a one-hit-wonder. We don’t mind, though; it is Australia’s best lil’ summer wine of 2022. And, enthusiastically - in over a decade of the ‘fo, this is the highest scoring rosé we have ever had to offer you. Textural, crisp and gorgeously salmon-pink stained, this will fly like a flamingo, so think pink and drink it too.

Twin Valleys Rosé

If we had it our way, we would all drink rosé every day. Luckily, it’s a pretty versatile variety, here represented as a light and bright rosé. Classically pale salmon in colour, this wine practically dazzles in the glass. No need to just eat with your eyes, the palate serves to satisfy to equal lengths. Sour cherry, strawberry and a hint of herbaceous character: this is utterly enticing. Careful mofo, this is seriously addictive juice.

Patrick of Coonawarra P Series Rose

We are a small team at Patrick of Coonawarra, making award winning wine from our estate grown vineyards within the Limestone Coast of South Australia. We produce product of passion, perseverance, people & place. Tasting Notes: This dry style of Rosé is fresh and lively with berry fruit aromas and floral hints combining with a soft, silky mouthfeel. The palate shows hints of strawberries and cream, perfectly balanced with fruit sweetness and a crisp, refreshing finish. Winemaker’S Note: The grapes were picked from a single vineyard, 40% Merlot, 30% Cabernet, 30% Chardonnay, then crushed and left on skins for 8 hours to enhance the flavour and release the vibrant colour, before being pressed. Vintage Note: 2021 was an overall standout vintage. Near perfect ripening condition and cool, mild weather kept the natural acidity of the whites fresh. Harvest decisions were precicely made and optimal balance of ripeness and acidity was achieved.
