Cabernet Sauvignon is famous for the fine red wines it produces. Our Galil vineyards in northern Israel yielded rich, ripe Cabernet grapes during the growing season, which led to the production of truly fine wine. The wine displays a deep ruby red colour, a bouquet redolent of spicy berry aromas intermingled with oak and a full rounded body that pairs well with grilled meats and sauces.

One of the vineyards that was established 150 years ago, Stonyfell has since become a household name due to their quality and innovation in the Australian wine industry. The Baton Shiraz Cabernet is an iconic blend that has complexity and balanced well between fruit's concentration and acidity. It is layered with a solid core of dark red fruits, gentle oak and finely textured tannis, which gives structure and length.

A unique expression of the Margaret River, Deep Woods Hillside Cabernet Merlot exhibits aromas of cassis and dried herbs. The palate is a rich mixture of red and black berries and is medium bodied with elegant silky tannins. Great length with a touch of sweet spice and dark chocolate notes.

And they don't come much better than Bernoota for the price! Not only is it rich and luscious, filled with blackcurrant, spice and pepper, it has a touch of dark chocolate on the finish. The 2009 is a 60% Shiraz and 40% Cabernet blend and spends 20 months in a mixture of French and American Oak that will see the wine not only be enjoyable now, but develop beautifully in the bottle for a further 8 to 10 years.
