Mezcal Amares Logia Cenizo

Amarás Logia Cenizo keeps a balance between smoky and citric aromas on the nose, with bold and intense hints of roasted coffee beans. Handcrafted with a 14-year-old wild agave scientifically known as an A. durangensis. It is crafted using a particular artisanal recipe that starts with the use of local mesquite and huisache wood when cooked. It is milled with an axe. Its fermentation is 100% natural, in rectangular vats at ground level, maintaining a stable temperature. Please note that some bottling may have "Amores" rather than "Amares". This is due to a change in brand name. The producer, notes, history and liquid are identical.

Naturally handcrafted using the finest 8-year-old agave Espadín found in the mountains of Oaxaca, Amarás Espadín invites you into a world of smoothness. Please note that some bottling may have "Amores" rather than "Amares". This is due to a change in brand name. The producer, notes, history and liquid are identical.

During this process, it shades into an elegant, light-tanned and natural amber tone, after being left for a minimum of 3 months to adjust itself into our beloved Amarás Reposado. Glengoyne 15 Year Old Scotch Whisky

Glengoyne can claim to have the slowest distillation process in Scotland - a process that makes this distillery very unique, much like their positioning on the Highland/Lowland border. The 15 Year Old Single Malt is supremely complex, sweet and well rounded. There is a wonderful spicy oak finish that compliments the luscious palate that is enhanced by the process of air drying the barley, never peat dried. The hand-selected ex Sherry casks also provide a richness that continues into the finish of this fine whisky that is ideally suited to enjoying neat.

The Dalmore 12 Year Old Scotch Whisky

Deep, golden mahogany in colour, Dalmore has a fantastic nose of orange, marmalade and aromatic spice. Elegant and rich on the palate with concentrated citrus, oloroso Sherry with hints of sweet vanilla pod. An amazing and lingering finish.

Don Fulano Anejo tequila

Despite its long ageing, this minimum 30-month blend is not overtly sweet or oaky; it has a drier style, which is full of spice and character from its highland terroir. Cooked agave is present with a fine mixture of dried fruits, almonds and roasted coffee. There is a subtle and masked fudginess reminiscent of dark cocoa that emerges from the depth in its long and slightly dry finish.
